Can I Return Something I’ve Purchased?

We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you’ve purchased from Dollhouse within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Please send us a message to admin@dollhousebeautysupplies.com.au if you would like to organise  a return. 

Once you return is received and approved, we will send you a notification and process a refund. 

Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.

Return costs

The shipping costs associated with the return of an items are responsibilities of the customer.

All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What should I do if the item arrived damaged?

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if we are our of stock, refund you in full). Please send us an email to admin@dollhousebeautysupplies.com.au if the parcel arrived damaged or has missing items.
