To maximise the quality and usage of your towel warmer:

Use only damp towels, not dry towels or completely wet towels
Regularly remove water on the cabinet interior bottom and the drip tray. Clean before and after use.
DO NOT use acidic, alkaline, or corrosive products to clean the towel warmer.
